Dear Friends:
We are writing to announce this year’s Adopt-A-Pet-Project Program. This is a chance to donate your money to specific project that interests you.
Why are we coming to you with this request?
We deliberately use dues to cover only part of our operating costs; that way, we can keep our dues as low as possible and remain as inclusive as possible. As a consequence, we do need extra help to keep improving our facilities.
Almost all the recent HCS improvements have been paid for directly by members just like you. Our recent improvements include renovating the front hallway and social halls; installing new floors in the parsonage classrooms; installing energy-efficient lighting in the sanctuary; providing grounds cleanup and new landscaping; installing our pews; improving our water pressure; installing new wireless mikes.
How Does Adopt-a-Project Work?
STEP 1: Select your pet project(s) from the attached list (or suggest one of your own) and fill in the amount you want to donate.
STEP 2:
Send the form with your donation to:
The Hebrew
Congregation of Somers
Box 40
